3nd week of running

Well I'm starting the third week now. It's been pretty good. Although I've gotten a sore throat these pass couple of days. I was considering not doing it today but I thought I shouldn't make excuses. This weeks consists of 90 secs of jogging/and walking followed by 3 mins of jogging/ then walking. Do that two times and I'm done. I'm getting excited now cause I'm getting into the actually running part. None of this 90 second stuff.
