Last run in 5 th Week of training.

Woohoo, I didn't think I could do it but I did it let's do it again. ah... maybe not. I ran 20 minutes straight just now. Boy did it hurt but I'm glad that I finished it. Next run isn't so bad.

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 3/4 mile (or 8 minutes)
  • Walk 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)
  • Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes)
I can do that since I just did 20 minutes none stop. What 's 8 minutes, a breeze that's what!!! heheh I'm being such a smart ass :P Happy running everybody.

5th Week of running

Another long run on my part. This time I actually waited a day before doing my next run. I had to run for 8 mins continously. Boy am my quad killing me. Good thing though my runner are helping me a lot. So far no foot pain or ankles or shin pains. I hate those, they take longer to heal and make the running experience so much more agonizing. I'm definitely not looking forward to my next run which is tomorrow. I'll have to do 20 mins running. I have no idea how I'm going to do that considering just yesterday I could barely do 8 mins. Oh god help me.

Another run

Well I'm the four week of training. I'm still having aches in my feet and ankles. I really need to get a new pair of runners. I brought these really expensive asaics that were 146 bucks and found out they don't fit me properly. So now I'm going to see if I can sell them. I'm thinking 90 bucks. Here is what they look like. Size 7 womens only worn indoors a couple of times. Pass the news around hopefully someone will buy them so I can get ones that actually fit me.

Updates on other plants

These are called Yellow Loosestrife. I actually found out in facebook with growing gifts.Another rose bud. I had a total of 3 so far.
Mini rose bush from Alex it was dying in it's pot but when I moved it outside it started growing leaves
Start of a peony bud. Can't wait till it fully opens.
No idea what this plant is, does any body know?
I throughly enjoying taking care of my garden. Although the weeding is non stop. So far so good. Not much trouble. So much grass all over they never really go away do they?

Flowers for new season

All of these flowers were purchased at a nursery in Richmond. Don't ask me where it's located I forgot.

These are my lovely Dahlia that my sweetie got for me. I thought this was just too nice not to have so Alex brought it for me.

These peppers were actually brought in the local grocery market down the street from my house. It's starting to create little flowers.

These are my lavender. Smells really nice

This is my chocolate mint plant. Smells like peppermint patties.
