Metallica

Long time no write. I usually don't write about little things that happen the mandain the everyday life things. But when you go to see Metallica for the first time it has to be mentioned. It was the best show ever. They opened with the Ecstasy of Gold which was like magic everybody had their lighters going, the whole arena in GM place was lite with just lighter. It looked like a christmas scene. Then the laser lights started going, the crowds couldn't stop cheering. It was such a site too see so many people packed into that place, all of them cheering for one band. They were expensive to go see but I have to see it's one of those things that everybody should see if they like that type of music. The sound quality was excellent. The whole building was shaking from the bass and guitars. Yay baby.

Best thing EVER. I will definitely go again if they came back.

break up

It feels like an era has ended. A relationship ended after 3 years. Many people have gone though something similar but you always feel like you're the only one.

I've been thinking lots of how things could be and what went wrong. Wanting thing to be the way it was and not sure where I would be heading from now on with out the other.

So I wrote a poem maybe somebody out there feels exactly the same way and this poem helps them get on with their life.

So here it goes

Sitting here with my thoughts

Reminded of the memories you and me

Something I can't let go

I think about where, why it went wrong

I think about you

How much I miss it all

I see your face, no love there

I have to look away

It hurts too much knowing it is the way

Nothing I can do to change

Things were good the way it was

Helpless, knowing I won't be with you the sameway

My heart aches

Not knowing how to stop the tears flowing

Yay Back now

Me and Alex just came back from an awesome camping trip. It's a site out in Vancouver Island called French Beach. Yes it is Provincial. We were swimming out in the Pacific ocean, while we were sleeping we could hear the waves at night. We'll put some photos up on facebook soon for all of you to see. Hope everybody had a good long weekend. :) I did !!!

Finally 30 mins

Well I'm at 30 mins now. This time there was no mess at all, no blisters just knee pains afterwards. It's my first time so I'll have to adjust to it. But I very happy I got to my goal. Quite proud of myself.

28 mins now

Well it's been a long time since I posted but I haven't stopped run. I'm up to 28 mins now, so close to 30. I just finished a run on the treadmill, I'm sweating so much more. Compared to when I run on the tracks outside. I guess it's because there is a breeze while I'm running and I don't sweat as much.
So, as for the shoes I ended up keeping the ones I got at reebok. So far so good with those although every time I start running it hurt at the arch and the ankle.
Well I got to go as I'm in need of a shower badly. yak!

I did it

I did my run in richmond after work. It's a nice track to run on but it's under construction so part of the track is blocked.

I was listening to the Fox on the way home that day and I heard this band called Apocolyptica. They are truly unique, four now three cello go at it playing covers to heavy metal bands like Metallica, Three days grace, HIM and many more. They are awesome so I'm going to share some videos with you.

Got too cocky...oops!

Well remember I said it would be a breeze to do 8 mins of running I was so wrong. And since I changed my 200 dollars shoes to 160 dollars shoes I've been having to get use to it. I think I took too long a break in between runs as well. So now I can only run 3 mins until I feel like dying and my feet hurt at the arch. Stupid new shoes. Although they look really nice on the feet. I hope that they get broken in like the other ones I got. I hate this running thing. *argh*
